Damaged Items, Reschedule, and Refund Policy

 

  • All rented items must be returned in the same condition as at the time of drop-off.
    • We will take photo and video documentation of the item quality at drop-off for reference.
    • Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the signing customer at the price that Thanks For The Invite Events and Sancer Productions invested in it.
  • The deposit acts as a retainer and is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made up to 7 calendar days prior to the event date qualify for a partial refund of 50%, not including the non-refundable retainer.
  • No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs within two calendar days of the event.
  • If you need to reschedule within 7 calendar days of the original event date, an additional $250 retainer will be required.
  • If you need to reschedule within two calendar days of the event, a $350 retainer will apply.
  • We will not refund any service rescheduled or canceled within the times described above or on the same day as the event.
  • Items from A La Carte options will be fully refunded if canceled up to two calendar days prior to the event, except for the Inflatable Bouncy Back-Drop and the scheduled rate for an Attendant.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used; no cash refunds are provided.
  • The refund process may take 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution after confirmation is received.
  • If you need to cancel your service, please send an email to mar@thanksfortheinviteevents as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions

  

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of photo booth services provided by Thanks For The Invite Events. By booking and utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking and Payment

  • A      deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit acts as a      non-refundable retainer to hold your event date.
  • Full      payment for services must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event.     Failure to make full payment within this time frame will result in      cancellation of services, and Thanks For The Invite Events will not      render any services on the day of the event. No refunds will be issued      in such cases.
  • Accepted      payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, or other forms of      electronic payment. Cash is not accepted for refunds.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations      made up to 7 calendar days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund,      excluding the non-refundable retainer.
  • No      refunds will be provided for cancellations within two calendar days of the      event or for same-day cancellations.
  • Rescheduling      within 7 calendar days of the original event date will incur an additional      $250 retainer.
  • Rescheduling      within two calendar days of the event will incur a $350 retainer.
  • We      reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances.      In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the event or provide a      full refund.

3. Equipment and Property Care

  • All      rented items must be returned in the same condition as at drop-off. We      will take photo and video documentation of the item quality at drop-off      for reference.
  • The      customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during      the rental period. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the      signing customer.
  • You      agree to provide a safe and secure environment for our equipment. Thanks      For The Invite Events reserves the right to refuse service if the      environment is deemed unsafe for our staff or equipment.

4. A La Carte Options and Services

  • Items      from A La Carte options (such as backdrops and props) will be fully      refunded if canceled up to two calendar days prior to the event, except      for the Inflatable Bouncy Back-Drop and the scheduled rate for an      Attendant.
  • No      refunds will be provided for cancellations or rescheduling of A La Carte      items within two calendar days of the event or on the same day as the      event.

5. Service Limitations

  • Service      hours will begin at the contracted time. Delays in start time due to venue      issues or client delays will not result in an extension of service time or      a refund.
  • We are      not responsible for service interruptions or cancellations due to weather,      power outages, or other events beyond our control.
  • If any      part of the event needs to be paused or rescheduled due to circumstances      beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.

6. Liability and Indemnity

  • Thanks      For The Invite Events is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss to      persons or property arising from the appropriate use of our equipment or      services.
  • Thanks      For The Invite Events is not liable for any pain and suffering,      therapy, trauma, or other mental and emotional distress experienced by any      individual as a result of interacting with our website, social media      platforms, or using our services.
  • You      agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thanks For The Invite Events     and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the      use of our services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • We      strictly forbid any unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, harassment,      promotions, spam, or other inappropriate conduct while utilizing our      services, including interactions through our website and social media      channels.
  • Thanks      For The Invite Events reserves the right to terminate services or deny      access to individuals who engage in prohibited behavior, without refund.

8. Media and Usage Rights

  • By      using our photo booth services, you consent to Thanks For The Invite      Events using images and videos captured during your event for      promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You      and your guests will have access to digital copies of the images after the      event for personal use.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Any      personal information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of      managing your booking and providing our services.
  • We      will not share or sell your personal information to third parties without      your consent, except as required by law.

10. Amendments

  • Thanks      For The Invite Events reserves the right to amend these Terms and      Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting      to our website or by notification.

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
